About…

Me.

Hailing from Portugal, the author is a portuguese (still) architecture student who found a place to post his thoughts and concerns about numerous pulses of the (his) unconscious creativity and the architecture & esthetics cultural manifestoes. He follows the visions of current avantgarde architecture practices such as Zaha Hadid (my unfinished dissertation), MVRDV, UNStudio, Future Systems, Assymptote, Henning Larsen, and recently BIG, along with many others.

He believes that, no matter how the architecture methods, manifestoes, theories and practices develops there is a constant element to the discipline and is, simultaneously, one of the most evolutive aspects of the architecture (humanity included), as means to materialize itself: Technology. Speaking both in design tools and building matter.

Currently working at an architecture firm and on his masters thesis after the job, he finds very little time to build up a solid platform to store an archive of increasing knowledge. He hopes to find an alternative here.

This blog will be mainly his digital Moleskine, containing texts, thoughts, sketches, notes, technical drawings and some 3D stills. Anything other than architecture related stuff will also be included.
